I totally forgot to mention that we were also able to spend a weekend with Eric and Sheri Bashaw...so fun!
I love visiting Sheri because there is always lots of shopping, good food, and hopefully a project...this time we made 50 half pints of jam...I love being productive!
And, as a side note, we made deep fried Twinkies...and they were awesome! I don't like Twinkies, not even a little, but after dipping one in batter, and deep frying it...it tasted pretty good...The insides melted and soaked into the cake, and the outside of the Twinkies got all crispy, while the inside became gooey...what's not to like? (Except of course the arteries that I am clogging...but it was worth it!)
