He has braces and has had a hard time keeping his gums healthy...and it finally reached the point where he needed to have parts of his gums removed.
He looked so sad and miserable.
But he was a good enough sport to let me take his photo before he went to lay down.
Isn't he just so sad?

I had no idea there was such a thing. I'm off to show Avery the picture and post as he approaches Phase II of his own braces. Tell Joe that if his pain can only prevent one gingivectomy . . .

I sympathize with you Joe - I had this done once. It is NO FUN.
