You know how you are getting ready for the trip of a lifetime...and the kids are supposed to start their first day of school while you are gone...and stuff starts to break down...and the car needs maintenance...and your son has a scout campout...and the school is calling to tell you that they are messing with you and there isn't anything you can do about it...and your parents are coming...and you've been cleaning and organizing for days...and book group is tonight...and one more thing might push you over the edge?

BREATHE!!!!!
Aaaaa!!! If anyone can get through all that it is Denise Beatty!!!!
Besides, just think "Greece, Greece, Greece" over and over again. I have never been there, and have no plans to go anywhere so foreign and exciting in my near future, but thinking for a moment that I was the one preparing to go to Greece and leave my kids behind calms even me. The thought alone ... ahhh. It is like perfefct zen. Greece, Greece, Greece.
Trip of a lifetime sounds pretty intriguing. I can't wait to hear all about it. In the meantime I hope you get a moment to breathe and enjoy the fleeting days of summer.
Everything will fall into place! Relax and take a deep breath!
Just keep a clear picture in your mind (or your computer) about gorgeous Greece and Athens!! Once you're on the plane, you will have time to relax.... And yes, PLEASE keep breathing!!
As my now 8 year old daughter would say, " Just take a deep breath. Just take a deep breath."
Ya, I've had days like that. I wish I would have given myself a 15 minute time-out, in my room, with a diet coke.
You'll survive, the kids will have a great first day, and your trip will be the trip of a Lifetime!!
P.S.
Love the new Family Photo!!! You look Great!!
