Venting, Oy.

Spent the morning on the phone with Comcast again.

Just have to say, once again, that their customer service is HORRIBLE.

When I asked to speak to the woman's supervisor, she told me she was so capable she did not require supervision.

OHMYWORD.

Are you happy with your internet provider?

Help me out.

We need to make a change!!!!

We've had Verizon FIOS for four years and have only ever had to speak to a customer service rep twice, both over quick billing issues. I've never had a problem with the service (it's never gone down in 4 years). For very fast internet and our digital home phone (we dumped our cable for Netflix instant watch on our PS3), we pay about $80 a month. Comcast is so dejected around here that about twice a year they actually send people around door to door asking people to switch to them and they always hang their head when we tell them we have FIOS and love it. :)

I definitely recommend Verizon Fios. It is so much better than comcast or cox. We changed as soon as it was available and have never looked back.

I haven't found anyone I like, so I can't help you there. Although we have Cox, and their customer service is ok.

I can't believe that lady said that to you!!!!

We have Cox. I haven't had any problems so I can't tell you how the customer service is!!

We've had our fair share of internet issues here too, but we're kind of in a funky little pocket without Verizon Fios. As soon as it comes to our neighborhood we'll switch in a heartbeat...in the meantime we stick with our slow DSL service.

B. After having Comcast dump my cable service 5 min before the Superbowl last year and then taking 9 days to get it fixed we went with FIOS. Could not be happier! See if they are in your neighborhood... JC & JC
