And you want to look for my shoes...here they are.
And...in case you were wondering...it wasn't really quicksand I fell victim to...but pluff. (Sounds a little StayPuff Marshmallow dangerous, doesn't it?)
So...Emily...you can continue to tell Mia that there is no quicksand at the beach. I might keep the part about pluff to myself.

Your shoes are passangers of the sea, my friend. Last year I lost a small camera to the big beast.
Ok I've been reading your blog for the past hour and feel like I have gain so much. Hope...understand.. and appreciation. You always have a prespective that I need to hear.
Sweet post about Superman Troy, and your sweet baby boy, Jacob. I am Troy's side that you shoulld go for an even eight! You know like that show 8 is enough!
Hope your doing better.
Love the new updated header, Denise! I'm afraid the shoes are lost forever.... buried on the bottom of the ocean with a billion beach towels, sunglasses and baseball caps!
Don't worry Denise--I'll retrieve them for you when we go next year. Your little picture there will lead the way for me.
WAIT...I think I see them. :)
I love your new header picture as well. Beautiful family.
Yeah, with a picture like that (obvious landmarks and all), it should be easy to find. Or you could set up the spot as a letterbox location and just wait for someone to find your shoes for you. i'd love to be a fly on the wall for that one!
I had been wanting to ask you what there was ot do in Hilton Head, and now I know. Experience pluff. And, look for Deinse's shoes. Sounds like a good reason to plan a trip to me.
